A stop for a minor traffic violation by LAPD Rampart officers suddenly turned into a gang member, on parole for Burglary, fleeing from police. After crashing, the suspect was taken into custody, along with two firearms & a 50 round magazine — LAPD officers continue to work, 24/7.
