Rampage killer's repeated weapons violations never reported to prosecutors, D.A. says
The Tehama County Sheriff’s Office never told local prosecutors that a man who went on a killing spree this week might have still owned guns and fired them on his property despite being out on bail and a court order barring him from owning firearms, the district attorney said Friday.
